Q: What is "Blossoms on Safari"?
A:It's our theme for the 65th annual Festival and Parade.
Q: In case of rain (bite your tongue), is the event cancelled?
A: No, the parade and event go on rain or shine.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: $10 for general admission; $5 for Seniors (62+)/Students 11-17; 10 and under are FREE. Admission good for one day only unless you purchase a two day pass for $15.
Q:Can we bring our pets to the Festival?
A: Pets are not allowed in the Festival grounds
for everyone's health and safety. If you bring your pet to the parade please make sure they are on leash, parade has horses and llamas and it is crowded.
Q:Is parking free and where is it?
A: Parking is limited so arrive early. There is no charge for parking unless private property owners are providing their lots for parking and charge a nominal fee.
Please respect the NO Parking signs, or vehicles can be towed. Walk from home whenever possible convenience and health!
Q:Is handicapped parking available?
A: Any City parking lot that is so designated as well as street parking on Burnett and High and the parking lot at the Sebastopol Independent Charter School on Burnett Street.
Q: Can we bring in coolers or outside beverages and glass containers?
A: All coolers, backpacks, diaper bags and purses will be checked through security at the gates year. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the festival!
Q: If I want to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine do I need an ID wristband?
A: Anyone, 21 years old to 100 years will need to have their ID checked and an official Festival wristband will be required. (Other wristbands from other venues are not acceptable.) Please note: Beer sales will require wristband and tickets.
Also
there is a new ordinance in the City of Sebastopol that does not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the streets of Sebastopol.
The festival organizers have the right to refuse service to anyone that is intoxicated, and such persons can be removed from the festival grounds.
Q: Is the musical entertainment free?
A: All entertainment is free with festival admission.
