The Sebastopol Chamber’s mission is to foster a strong local economy. That being said, there are a number of projects and programs that do just that. Through some of the Sebastopol Promotion funding we have created an advertising campaign that encourages local shopping, dining, staying and playing. In our City banners and in other print and radio, the public is invited and urged to support the local economy.

A “Shop Local” message has been distributed all over town. An on going educational program is important to assure that the public knows that shopping locally supports the services and infrastructure in our community and the many additional community activities that make up the quality of life. There are some new programs emerging to accomplish the Shop Local message. The Chamber is working on creating a local shop card. Watch for further information.
