Come help explore how citizens, businesses, and city government can work together to:
* Increase compost & recycling diversion from businesses, events & schools
* Reduce single use take-out food packaging, including straws
* Support the creation of living wage and good green jobs
* Bring back local composting operations to Sonoma County

The goal of Zero Waste is a systematic redesigning and careful management of products, packaging, and processes to minimize volume and toxicity of waste al all stages. In a Zero Waste system, all resources are recovered without landfilling or burning. In other words: No Burn, No Bury, No Toxics.
